The science fiction series ‘Halo’ will have its second season soon as the filming has already begun. The series has a cast of Pablo Shreiber, Natasha Culzac, Olive Gray and Shabana Azmi. The show was written by writers Kyle Killen and Steven Kane, the second season too will most probably be written by the two of them. ‘Halo’ is available to watch on Paramount+ and has got a very decent rating on IMDB and other critic sites.
‘Halo’ is based on a 26th century earth attacked by aliens and it deals with personal stories of protagonists and antagonists and the conflict between humanity and aliens. The nine episodes of the first season ended with the Halo ring being a goal to achieve for both the alien threat Covenant and the humans.
Paramount has been confident with the series from the very beginning and it renewed the show for the second season even before the first season was aired. It will probably be streamed around mid 2023. There will be more stories to tell about Pablo’s character Master-chief as he goes farther into the typical condition of this dystopian sci-fi thriller. Soren, Kwan, and their dynamic will further be discovered with new layers unveiled.
This is definitely great news for science fiction fans all over the world and with platforms like Paramount investing so much on this genre brings hope for fans that there will be more quality content. Indians are excited to watch Shabana Azmi again in an important role.
