GOT And House Of The Dragon Stars Team Up For New Action Comedy

Oh no no! The band is not getting together for another Game Of Thrones spinoff. So, get your hopes away from that possibility for a bit, but there is exciting news waiting for the fans. “Deep Cover,” the Prime Video original, is gathering a star cast.

“Deep Cover” features Sean Bean, Bryce Dallas Howard, Orlando Bloom, Nick Mohammed, Ian McShane, Paddy Considine, and Sonoya Mizuno as improv actors hired by the police for low-level stings. Their commitment to staying in character takes them into the depths of the London criminal underworld.

Jurassic World’s Derek Connolly and Colin Trevorrow crafted the initial script for “Deep Cover,” further refined by British comedians Ben Ashenden and Alexander Owen. Producer Trevorrow is joined by director Tom Kingsley, known for the British comedy series “Stath Lets Flats,” as they gear up for production in London starting next week.

It will be a nostalgic run to see Sean Bean on a big-scale series; he definitely was one of the most loved faces from Game Of Thrones. On the other hand, Paddy Considine will be associated with such a project after such success in House of The Dragon.

Prime Video has already increased their content-making budget to $19 billion, and that big bucks are reflecting in the recent projects. Especially something like Road House that will feature Jake Gyllenhaal and Conor McGregor, the future of it does look promising.

And talking about GOT and House of The Dragon, if you are still living under a rock and haven’t watched it, they are currently streaming on JioCinema.
