MX Player‘s Hello Mini is returning with it’s second season which promises to be more twisted than it’s predecessor. The psychological drama debuted in 2019 and currently holds the rating of 8.9 on IMDb. Hello Mini focuses on the story of a young girl named Rivanah Banerjee aka Mini. In the first season Mini barely made it out alive from the mind games of the stranger and it seemed that everything is back to normal. But the last scene ended on a cliffhanger which hinted towards the second season of the show. And now after a wait of more than a year, MX Player released an official trailer for the season 2 of Hello Mini.
The trailer starts off with Mini getting chosen for a promotion and better job at London. She agrees to it and asks Danny to marry him for which he agrees. But soon enough, her happiness turns into trauma as the stranger which seemed to have left Mini alone returns in her life and with more sinister ideas.
Mini learns that she is being stalked again as the mind games begin again with her. The stranger calls her and asks to obey her orders otherwise he’ll make her life hell. To get over this, Mini agrees and asks what she has to do. The stranger orders Mini to participate in Dare-Defy a game where the participant has to perform sexual activities in public places to get further into the competition.
Reluctantly Mini agrees to it, but slowly the dares starts to become suspicious as people start dying due to the game. The stranger sets Mini up for a murder which she didn’t commit and now she has become the prime suspect in the murder. Now Mini has to win the competition to stay alive along with proving her innocence. But she has to do this simultaneously which might become tough as Dare-Defy is an illegal game whose participants are being searched by the Police.
Will Mini be able to make it out alive? For that we’ll have to watch the show. Hello Mini 2 arrives on MX Player on 26th February 2021.
Hello Mini has been produced by Applause Entertainment along with Rose Audio Visual. Arjun Srivasstava serves as the director of the show. For the second season Anuja Joshi will reprise her role as Rivanah “Mini” Banerjee. Mrinal Dutt, Gaurav Chopra, Darshana Banik, Anshul Pandey, Nikhita Chopra, Joy Sengupta and others will be seen in crucial roles.
