Here’s All That’s Coming To Netflix India This October!

The fall of 2020 is almost hear which also marks the holloween season and Netflix is ready to rock this October with a slate full of contents both original and acquired including films, series, documentaries and more. With a wide range of genres covered there’s something for everyone.

Here is the list of what’s coming to Netflix India this October –

1st October –

Carmen Sandiego (season 3) – An animation series where Carmen, a master thief, travels the world and uses her skills to foil V.I.L.E’s evil plans.

Familiar Wife (season 1) – A fantasy Korean series including time travel with an emotional, romantic touch.

Wonder (2017) – A heartfelt inspirational story about a boy with facial differences facing the outside world.

Deepwater Horizon (2016) – Based on the 2010 catastrophe that occurred at the eponymous oil rig and the actions that led to it.

Syriana (2005) – Starring George Clooney and Matt Damon, it is a story of the greed and corruption in the global quest for oil.

The Losers (2010) – A group of disvowed CIA operatives band together to bring down their betrayers in this Chris Evans, Zoe Saldana starrer film.

American Assassin (2017) – Follows the story of a grad student who seeks vengeance after a loss from a terrorist attack and gets noticed by CIA.

Child 44 (2015) – Featuring Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman the film is set in the 1950s Russia where a former war hero investigates a serial killer.

My Big Fat Greek Wedding (2002) – A rom-com where a Greek girl from a strict family falls in love with a non-Greek man.

Kin (2018) – A sci-fi adventure filled action drama with an otherworldly weapon and a secret war.

Good Morning, Verônica (season 1) – A Brazilian show that follows an underused cop trying to solve mysterious cases.

Space Jam (1996) – A kids movie where Bugs Bunny and his friends coax Michael Jordan out of retirement to play basketball for them.

World Trade Center (2006) – An Oliver Stone film starring Nicolas Cage following the rescue operation after the tragic collapse of World Trade Center.

Daylight (1996) – A Sylvester Stallone starrer action thriller about a rescue mission from an underwater tunnel.

Charlotte’s web (2006) – A feel good kids movie featuring Julia Roberts where a friendly spider tries to save a pig from becoming the dinner.

Facing The Giants (2006) – An inspirational sports drama where a coach tries to get through a tough situation with a winning spirit.

Mortedecai (2015) – A Johnny Depp starrer film where an urbane, sophisticated but broke aristocrat gets into crosshairs with the Russian mob.

Psycho – Pass : The Movie (2015) – An animated film set in future Japan with high-end surveillance tools that can predict crime.

The Worst Witch (season 4) – Based on Jill Murphy’s book, where a young girl stumbles into a magic school and learns witchcraft.

2nd October –

Serious Men (2020) – Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer film that follows a wily poor dalit man who tries to con the world by portraying his dim-witted son as a genius.

A Toot Toot Cory Carson Halloween (2020) – Cory, Chrissy and Freddie go on a hunt to find king-sized candy bars for Halloween to the spooky side of the town.

Emily In Paris (season 1) – Emily Cooper lands her dream job in Paris where she juggles her adventurous life between her work, friends and romance.

6th October –

The Mule (2018) – Featuring Bradley Cooper and Clint Eastwood, the story follows an old, estranged horticulturalist who becomes a delivery driver for a Mexican drug cartel.

7th October –

Hubie Halloween (2020) – With Adam Sandler in the lead role, a film for the Halloween holidays.

8th October –

The Dark Tower (2017) – Starring Idris Elba and Matthew McConaughey, a teen with psychic powers and a gunslinger try to protect the universe.

Tanda Tanya (2011) – An interconnected story about three families and their different religions and conflicting beliefs, hardships and struggles.

9th October –

Deaf U (season 1) – A coming-of-age documentary series.

Super Monsters: Dia de los Monsters (2020) – A Halloween themed animated movie for kids.

The 40-Year-Old Version (2020) – Directed and written by as well as starring Radha Blank, its the story of a woman who reinvents herself as a rapper before she turns 40. The film is Sundance festival winner.

The Haunting of Bly Manor (Season 1) – A gothic romantic story from the maker of ‘Haunting Of Hill House’.

12th October –

Kipo And The Age Of Wonderbeasts (Season 3) – A musical adventure kids animated series about mutant animals.

16th October –

Someone Has to Die (Limited Series) – Set in the conservative Spain of 1950s a romantic relationship between a young man and a Mexican ballerina leads to harrowing consequences.

The Trial of the Chicago 7 (2020) – A legal biopic drama directed by Aaron Sorkin that was originally meant for a theatrical release but will now be available on Netflix.

La Révolution (season 1) – A reimagined history of the French Revolution that follows the future inventor of the guillotine as he uncovers a disease that drives the aristocracy to murder commoners.

19th October –

Unsolved Mysteries (volume 2) – A documentary about the unsolved perplexing real cases.

21st October –

Rebecca (2020) – After falling in love and marrying a wealthy widower, the naive bride gets haunted by his late wife at his family estate.

23rd October –

Over The Moon (2020) – An animated musical by legendary animator Glen Keane where a girl builds a rocket ship and meets a mythical moon goddess.

The Queen’s Gambit (Season 1) – A young girl in an orphanage in Kentucky discovers her talent of chess while struggling with addiction.

30th October –

His House (2020) – A horror film by Remi Weekes.
