The first season of the show aired on the 20th of September in 1999 and the 25th season is speculated to release in 2025. Law And Order: SVU is itself a spin-off of the 1990 show ‘Law And Order’, there were a total of six spin-offs in all: ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit’, ‘Law & Order: Criminal Intent’, ‘Law & Order: Trial by Jury’, ‘Law & Order: Los Angeles’, ‘Law & Order True Crime’, and ‘Law & Order: Organized Crime’. Among these, Organised Crime is a direct spin-off of Special Victims Unit, with Elliot Stabler, one of the leading characters.
