After the stretched out Hindi alphabet riddle going on for a couple of weeks now, Amazon Prime Video has decided to take it further with a picture puzzle to unveil the release date of the long-awaited ‘Mirzapur’ season 3.
The fans have been asked to find out the hidden premiere date for the show from an illustrated picture featuring the key characters including a few injured ones, a jeep, bullet shells, guns and carpets.
People were quick to make guesses and going by the number of the above mentioned people and things, most of them guessed it to be 7th of July. But when we took a closer look we found 5 and 7 digits on the number plate of the jeep in the picture.
Meaning, ‘Mirzapur’ season 3 is most likely to launch on Amazon Prime Video on 5th July and since it’s Friday on that date it makes it a more favourable one for the premiere.
‘Mirzapur’ season two ended with Guddu (Ali Fazal) and Golu (Shweta Tripathi) taking their revenge from Munna (Divyendu Sharma). On the other hand, Beena Tripathi (Rasika Dugal) has killed Satyanand Tripathi (Kulbhushan Kharband) and secured her son’s position as Akhandanand Tripathi aka Kaleen Bhaiya’s (Pankaj Tripathi) successor after a pact with Guddu and Golu. Meanwhile an injured Kaleen Bhaiya has found solace in one of his enemies’ son Sharad Shukla (Anjum Sharma).
Whole season two was taken over by the women of ‘Mirzapur’ whether it was Golu Gupta, Beena Tripathi, Dimpy or Madhuri Yadav. It will be interesting to see how these women take forward the future of Mirzapur in season three and what role will the shrewd men of ‘Mirzapur’ play.
‘Mirzapur’ is created by Karan Anshuman and Puneet Krishna and stars Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Shweta Tripathi, Rasika Dugal, Anjum Sharma in prominent roles. The Prime Video India original series is produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment.
‘Mirzapur’ season three will most probably premiere on Amazon Prime Video on 5th July, 2024 until the streamer has still got some tricks up its sleeve and decides to play more games.
