Here’s Why You Shouldn’t Miss Sweet Tooth Season 3 On Netflix

Sweet Tooth Season 3 is now streaming on Netflix. Released on June 6, the third and final season ended the show on a highly satisfying note – concluding Gus’ story with immense love and care. This beautiful Jim Mickle creation takes place in a world where a deadly disease, The Sick, wipes out more than half of the human population. Soon after The Sick’s arrival, the number of hybrids (young children who are half-animal and half-human) started increasing at a rapid rate. The show revolves around sweet little Gus (the first hybrid), a deer boy with a brave heart.

The team of Gus, Wendy, Becky, and Big Man manage to defeat General Abbott and his army in Season 2. The sophomore entry culminated with the gang planning to go to Alaska to find Gus’ mom, Birdie, who works as a scientist to look for a cure for The Sick and save the remaining humans.

Sweet Tooth Season 3 excels in terms of visuals, performances, action, and storyline. Plus, Gus’ growth as a character throughout all seasons is remarkable. He manages to gain maturity without losing his good heart. Christian Convery stands out as Gus in Season 3. In addition, we see a much more nuanced portrayal of Big Man by Nonso Anozie. The sisterly bond between Wendy (Naledi Murray) and Becky (Stefania LaVie Owen) strengthens in the latest season. Adeel Akhtar does one hell of a job as Dr. Singh. Overall, Season 3 ends the popular Netflix series perfectly.
