Hit Kannada Movie Bell Bottom Kicks Off Part 2; Here’s Where You Can Watch Part 1!

Detective Diwakar is back, everyone. Yes, the hit 2019 Kannada movie, Bell Bottom is back ready with the sequel of the first movie. Diwakar will be back solving cases with the local police but this time, a completely different plotline. Even with that premise, the movie will bring back our favourite characters of the movie together once again. The sequel “Bell Bottom 2: The Curious Case of Chendoova”. The movie will be directed by Jayatirtha who earlier had worked on the first instalment of the movie.

The first instalment of the movie, when released back in 2019 became the highest grossing Kannada movie of the year, along with that it also entered the 100 crore club for the particular regional language movie. The movie was critically acclaimed and instantly became a favourite amongst the audience. This has led to people asking where can they watch the first movie before the second movie releases.

Bell Bottom is available on Voot for free, meaning that you won’t need a subscription to stream the movie but it has no dubbed version and most importantly doesn’t have English subtitles. Recently, Telugu OTT app, Aha streamed a Telugu dubbed version of the movie. The 2019 movie is now available with the original audio and the Telugu dubbed version as of now on Voot and on Aha Video. Dubbed versions and English subtitles are important for countries like India, as only then a greater mass will be able to witness something that has been such a great hit in another part of the country.

As for the second instalment, there has been mention of whether it will release on an OTT platform or will directly be released in theatres. Apart from Tanya Hope joining the cast, the old cast of Rishab Shetty and team has been put together and this time too it will be a comedy, whodunit movie. Diwakar will be solving very peculiar cases filled with twists and turns. The movie is set in the 1980s and the first movie successfully gave off the vibe of it being in that era, the same is supposed to be the case with the second one now.
