The year has been a surprise to all of us and not in a good way. The entertainment industry has also been hit by the Covid-19 wave as theatres were asked to shut down so that precautions can be made due to the virus. No with no signs of reopening, makers decided to shift the release date of their movies to another date.

But several of the movies started to arrive on OTT ( Over The Top Content) platforms, meaning directly releasing on these platforms. Now fans have been wondering that how can you find out the verdict of the films which have been releasing directly on the OTT platforms? Well let’s talk about that.

Now since these movies are releasing on the platforms, the platforms genrally buy the digital rights for the film and that means the film recovers all the budget either from that deal or from various other deals like Music rights, Television rights etc. This means that all the movies which have released in OTT platforms are financially hit.

But here we’ll talk about the public response and the critical response of the film which will tell us how the film fared after the release. Thus meaning that the verdicts below are based on the critical reception and the public reviews. So let’s start!

Amazon Prime Video:

Prime Video has been releasing content from all over India and in this lockdown also was one of the busiest streaming platforms releasing several movies. Here are the verdict of the movies which has released on Prime.

Aha came into the OTT market in 2020 and hasn’t looked back since. Aha has acquired the rights of several old movies and is increasing their library.
