The new Telugu show ‘Dead Pixels’ is going to stream on the 19th of May on Disney+Hotstar. It will be starring Niharika Konidela, Harsha Chemudu, and Sai Ronak and it will be having six episodes.
It is the official remake of the British sitcom of the same name. It was created by Jon Brown and starred actors like Alexa Davies, Will Merrick, Sargon Yelda, Charlotte Ritchie and David Mumeni.
The original series told the story of three friends Meg, Nicky and Usman who are obsessed with a video game named Kingdom Scrolls. The story continues in real life as well as in virtual life. Jase is a new colleague of Meg, who is otherwise attractive but is very bad in the game. The friends have to engage more with real life leaving their games away as the story progresses. It premiered on the 28th March in 2019 and was well received by audiences. It was an E4 original and two seasons had a total of 12 episodes.
A very short teaser for the show has been released and it features the actors completely engrossed in the video game. While somebody criticizes one of the gamers, saying it is jobless people who play games, she replies that the game is a lot better than the party outside. Obviously, it is going to be a wonderful experience for those who are obsessed with gaming. The show is written by Akshay Poolla and directed by Aditya Mandala. The music is composed by Siddharth Sadasivuni. If you are a gaming fan, you can watch the show on Disney+Hotstar from 19th May onwards.
