Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Fighter’ Release Date Out, Delayed Again For One Year

The official announcement for ‘Fighter’ was made on Hrithik Roshan‘s birthday last year. Due to the delay of the shooting caused by the lockdown period, the release date was anticipated to be on the 25th of January in 2023. The cast includes Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, Parth Siddhpura and other actors.

‘Fighter’ is directed by director Siddharth Anand under the banner of Viacom Studios. Anand has already collaborated with the actor twice, with ‘Bang Bang’ and the massive hit ‘War’. Siddharth Anand is also helming Shahrukh Khan’s one of the most anticipated projects, ‘Pathaan’.

The release date of Pathaan was announced a few days back. Pathaan will hit the theaters on 25th January 2023, and two movies directed by Siddharth Anand can not be clashing at the box office. So, the release date for Fighter was put on hold and now it is announced that the movie is delayed for one whole year, keeping the date the same. Some photos were seen from the sets but it was evident that the shooting had not started in a full-fledged way, that’s why the makers could afford to delay the movie so long.

Fighter is India’s First aerial action movie and there has to be good VFX to justify the plotline. But the poster does not look that promising. The hype for Fighter is quite good and the partnership of the director and actor duo has already impressed a huge audience with the blockbuster hit ‘War’. Shahrukh’s Pathaan, and Salman Khan’s Tiger are rumored to join the spy verse with Hrithik’s Kabir (character in War) with Pathaan under the direction of Anand.
