So today is a big day for the fans of Game of Thrones. The spin-off series “House of the Dragon” Season has now started streaming. It is an insanely popular thing and the first episode is now available to stream on JioCinema. Hotstar used to stream HBO content earlier and they were more or less habituated to handling traffic of this sort. But, JioCinema doesn’t make it look so effortless.
Regardless, House of the Dragon Season 2 Episode 1 is now streaming on JioCinema. Since it gets released in India and the USA at the same time, the release time for India is 6:30 AM every Monday morning.
Fans of the show were so excited that they were literally ready to watch the show the minute it got released. Thus, it was a sort of pressure on JioCinema. The platform, quite naturally took a few minutes more to release the show. No complaints there, it is very natural to happen. But, fans, high on excitement are not ready to understand this. Thus, they pounced upon JioCinema on X with all sorts of complaints regarding timing, video quality and even subtitle font.
Don’t believe us? See the issues for yourself. Fans also need to understand that while their excitement is appreciated and respected, technology even in 2024 has its own limitations.
