The trailer of Hotstar Special Hundred starring Lara Dutta and Rinku Rajguru is out. Its boisterous nature and funky presentation instantly grab the attention.
Rinku and Lara Dutta come together in a unique situation. The former who is diagnosed with an ailment, has only a hundred days to live. The latter wants to do some worthwhile work that would elevate her from ‘Item Girl’ in the department status. All of this has to be done within the limited availability of time. How the two hit off and the chemistry they share during their travel together forms the narrative of the series.
From the trailer, the story seems interesting, although the core conceit in on a routine terrain. It is what is done within the familiar space is where Hundred appears to be different from others. Rinku Rajguru especially looks to be in terrific form. The bonding she shares with Lara Dutta, if executed well, could turn out to be the highpoint of the show.
Apart from Rinku and Lara Dutta, Hundred also stars, Karan Wahi, Parmeet Sethi, Rohini Hattangidi, Sudhanshu Pandey, Makarand Deshpande, and Arun Nalawde in vital roles.Check out the trailer below.
