Prime Videos has released the highly anticipated trailer of Hush Hush. The thriller series was announced on 28th April during the fest of Prime Video. It is led by 6 actresses namely Juhi Chawla, Soha Ali Khan, Shahana Goswami, Kritika Kamra, Karishma Tanna, and Ayesha Jhulka.
Interestingly, the trailer does not reveal anything from the series and there is hardly a leak from the story. But at the same time, it does not tempt us as an audience. However, we can see a clear-cut distinction between the haves and have-nots. It talks ab out the glamorous lifestyle of Soha Ali Khan and the trouble she is trapped in. When the police officer starts investigating then it is their silence that deepens the mystery. This was the same case with Jalsa starring Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah. It was also from the same makers as that of Hush Hush.
The same clichéd formula of strong BGM, intense expression, and lack of words can be seen here. We are not claiming that the trailer is bad per se, but it is certainly an overkilled formula and there could be a tremendous improvement in the trailer cut.
Regardless, the series will release on Prime Video on the 22nd of September.
