If Not Bugs, SonyLIV Should Work On Their Customer Care!

Lots of people are having subscription issues with SonyLIV and there is a very minimal response to the problem from the platform’s end. SonyLIV is good when it comes to original shows and movies, but if subscribers have to face bugs and issues with simple activities like subscribing to the platform, they will soon lose interest that they had till now.

Binged earlier reported on the bugs of SonyLIV, you would remember that earlier subscribers had problems watching a very important Manchester United match and they were left confused. Now again, there is a problem and absolutely no resolution offered till now.

It is widely observed that when any subscriber sends any email regarding the subscription issues, they are responded with standard bots every time. It is not the problem of any one user, many of them have already tweeted about the no-care attitude of the help team and the customer care services of the platform. Whenever any of the subscribers talked to the customer care on text, there was always a reply requesting the user to a DM of the registered phone number or the email and the payment receipt. But there was no visible action taken even after the completion of the task.

It is very unfortunate for users of the platform that such a huge OTT giant is not careful with customer care services. SonyLIV should consider having a strong help team that would respond quickly and take actions for the comfort of the customers otherwise they will soon lose a lots of viewer base. One of the biggest reasons of the success behind the platform is its decent subscriber base that they earned through good content, but if they carry on like this it will not be long that there will not be many of them left.
