Is Ek Villain Returns Bringing More Trolls On Netflix? Find Out

Ek Villain Returns was recently released in the theatres. There are sequels that we desperately want, then there are some which ruin the legacy of the original. Ek Villain Returns falls in the latter category.

Although Ek Villain was not a great film per se it has a separate fanbase and the performance by Riteish Deshmukh was greatly appreciated. No one asked for a sequel but the makers wished to milk the brand image.

They took John Abraham, Arjun Kapoor, Tara Sutaria, and Disha Patani in the lead roles. The movie was received pathetically by both audience and critics.

But now the trolls are bombing directly on Netflix. We know that Netflix is famous for promoting films/series aggressively. Sometimes they do jerks in their job but more or less, they are better than their competitors nonetheless.

So while performing their usual promotion duties, Netflix posted some photoshoots of the cast members of the film. Then started a series of trolls where people are screaming about the terrible quality of the show.

The series of trolling continued on different platforms but let’s consider some important facts.

It is not a Netflix original film that we can troll the platform for. In the same way praises for RRR “do not” go to Netflix, the trolls for Ek Villain Returns must not be directed towards them.

Ek Villain Returns is made under the banner of T-Series and it is their failure that the movie came out to be so torturous. Netflix just grabbed the streaming rights and right now they are working on promotions.

Thus, the justified and legit anger towards the film should not hit Netflix.
