Is Jack Whitehall’s Upcoming Docuseries Worth It?

Netflix has announced an official trailer for Fatherhood with My Father which has the genre of documentary and is expected to release on the 10th of September this year.

The docuseries features Jack Whitehall and Michael Whitehall in pivotal roles and the story will revolve around the relationship between the former and latter as son and father, and how they tackle the situations they come up with.

Jack Whitehall is an actor and stand-up comedian who is known for his roles as JP in the Channel 4 comedy-drama series Fresh Meat and as Alfie Wickers in the British Broadcasting Cooperation (BBC) Channel. Michael Whitehall is his father.

The trailer suggests to the audience that Jack Whitehall, a father who is now carrying, thereby enlisting the seven stages of fatherhood En route. The actor also gives a side reference to Robbie Williams, a vocalist and stage performer.

The documentary is expected to be an interesting watch as it includes humor elements, a close look at father-son dynamics, and an attempt at off-script treatment. The storyline has the same globetrotting all around meeting new situations and deliberate activities. This allows the audience to have a smooth travel with the two gentlemen.

Albeit the trailer does not seem special or necessary stuff to binge, it can be a one-time watchable which may not have appreciation like ‘Travels with my father’, which was their previous work of travel documentary.
