Is Netflix Diluting Indian Predator Brand By Overdoing It !

There is no doubt that Netflix has made the niche of true crime documentaries its monopoly and it is continuously producing high quality content internationally and even in India. ‘Dahmer: The Monster Story‘ has been trending for a long time globally. Now with the docu-series ‘Indian Predator’ is in the news for its wonderful stories. It has three seasons till now. And all the seasons are accepted by the audiences with love.

But the fans are not very much happy with where the show is going with Indian Predator. They think that the first two seasons were okay but the quality somehow dropped from the third season. And they are also overdoing it now.

The third season is named ‘Indian Predator: Murder In A Courtroom‘ and it tells the gripping story of some women who take revenge from a rapist and killer inside a courtroom while trial was ongoing. It has 3 episodes and is attracting the attention of audiences from all over the world, but there is a downfall in the quality as compared to the other ones.

The strategy of Netflix releasing the seasons back-to-back can backfire for the platform itself. They have released 3 seasons in quick succession this year. The audience is not getting enough time to let one season revolve in their minds.

There is no doubt that the 3rd season is great and it is having lots of positive reviews too. But a part of the audience feels like it is not as good as the first two. Netflix India should really think about this seriously and give some efforts to make sure that the quality of all the seasons of such a well accepted series is consistent and audiences are content with it. And they also need to give it some time for the next release so that there is not much saturity and the brand for Indian Predator is not diluted.
