Nagraj Manjule’s first Bollywood movie ‘Jhund’ is making ripples again. After Aamir Khan was speechless in a special show, Tamil star Dhanush has also got a chance to watch the Amitabh Bachchan starrer movie. He also praised the movie calling it as a must watch and mind-blowing experience and he was completely bowled over by the team performance and applauded the cast for their stellar performance. He was fascinated with the talent of Nagaraj Manjule, and commented “he is a voice to be heard, a force to reckon with”.
Nagaraj Manjule is a prominent filmmaker and has done many Marathi movies and got national film awards for his works. ‘Jhund’ is his first movie in Bollywood with Amitabh Bachchan. This movie is a sports drama which also discusses the cast disparity existing in India. The movie features many fresh faces along with Amitabh Bachchan.
The filmography of Nagraj Manjule never got a mainstream attention where he was focusing on Maratti movies which was appreciated in many international film festivals and also it paved the way to win many national awards. ‘Jhund’ will be his first film to get this much amount of attention and praise. ‘Jhund’ is coming exclusively on March 4. He is also working on a film titled as ‘Matka King’ which is yet to announce an official date.
