Produced under Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Anubhav Sinha‘s production house Benaras Mediaworks, the short film starring Taapsee Pannu is finally wrapped. The yet-to-be-titled anthology is directed by Sudhir Mishra, that will tell us the stories of emotional alternation of human minds and their lives since 2020, and love and empathy keeping the perilous COVID-19 pandemic as a backdrop.
Filmmakers Sudhir Mishra, Hansal Mehta, Ketan Mehta, Subhash Kapoor, and others will come together to create the short films for this yet untitled anthology.
Sudhir Mishra has finished filming the first film, starring Taapsee Pannu and Parambrata Chatterjee. Sudhir’s story is nuanced- heartwarming, emotional, and a tale of love.
Sharing her experience, Taapsee said, “It was a wonderful experience shooting this beautiful movie. We had a ball of time, creating memories of a lifetime. Filmmakers like Sudhir Mishra and Anubhav Sinha are institutions who enhance your craft and for me, every day was dedicated to learning and evolving as an artiste.”
Sudhir Mishra added, “From the first draft, I knew I wanted Taapsee to do the film. We had such a great time working on the film. Together we have made a film with all our heart and we hope it connects with the world”.
