After a delivering a huge hit in ‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’ Varun Dhawan’s next ‘Bawaal’ is getting ready to create waves. Helmed by ‘Dangal’ director Nitesh Tiwari, ‘Bawaal’ is set to hit the theatres on 7th April, 2023.
‘Bawaal’ is touted to be a romance drama that follows the story of a small town young man who wants to marry the town’s most beautiful girl he has fallen in love with. But love isn’t the only reason he wants to make her his wife, he also believes marrying her will also increase his social status.
Nitesh Tiwari who is known for films like ‘Dangal’, ‘Chhichhore’, ‘Bhootnath Returns’ and more serves as the director for the film. He has also written the film along with Piyush Gupta, Shreyas Jain, Nikhil Mehrotra and Ashwini Iyer Tiwari. ‘Bawaal’ stars Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor in lead roles.
‘Bawaal’ is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala via his Nadiadwala Grandson production house and co-produced by Earth Sky Pictures. Shot in five countries and ten cities, the film has now completed shoot and is onto post production. ‘Bawaal’ will release in cinemas on 7th April next year.
Announcing the commencement of shoot Nadiadwala Grandson dropped a video shot by Varun Dhawan along with the crew of ‘Bawaal’ and wrote,
