The release date of the upcoming Hotstar series Jhansi has been changed. As you may already know, Disney+Hotstar invests heavily in South Indian content, particularly Telugu. They came up with the highly successful Parampara, then recently we saw a new series called Exposed.
The next in the line-up is an action thriller series called Jhansi. The series was announced quite some time ago and now there has been a change of schedule.
Disney+Hotstar earlier announced that the series will start streaming from the 20th of October. But the new schedule dictates that Jhansi will land on Disney+Hotstar on the 27th of October.
Regardless, Jhansi will be led by Anjali. Apart from her, it will also have Krishna and Chandini Chowdary play important roles in the same. Also, it is directed by Thiru who directed movies such as Gopichand Chanakya, Naan Sigappu Manithan, Mr. Chandramouli, and more.
The new release date was announced having Anjali shown shooting with a gun while fire is blazing behind her.
This decision might have been taken due to a delay in the final editing work or reasons which will always remain unknown to us.
But, if you want to watch Jhansi then make sure to start streaming it on the 27th of October.
