JioCinema’s TV App Is A Mess

JioCinema is sadly becoming synonymous with a bad and pathetic experience, and it seems like they are far from even making a noticeable attempt to fix things. The mobile and PC experiences have already been bad, and now they top it off with the TV experience, and that too on a regular basis.

For starters, it looks like the app has a mind of its own. Whenever you choose to stream a program, not only is the app laggy and glitchy, but it also randomly exits from that content or program and greets you with a black screen.

And fans are not at all happy with this.

The major reasons people are opting for the premium subscription are the international library of JioCinema and the cheap subscription cost. Plus, most of their sports content comes with the freebie tag.

But it looks like people are slowly losing their patience with JioCinema as they show no signs of improvement. Their problem with the TV app is just a small piece of the entire bad experience.

One user even complained that the app crashed seven times within a short span of time on their television, which is definitely a big problem. JioCinema needs to start working on these issues as their honeymoon period might just be over.
