Joker: Folie à Deux has the potential to be one of the best Joker films ever. If things go accordingly, another Oscar might be waiting for Joaquin Phoenix. Plus, there were certain doubts about Lady Gaga, but in this second trailer, she shines through and she shines bright.

Also, talking about the music, Zazie Beetz narrated, “I think people will be surprised. I don’t think it’s going to be what they expect, around it being a musical. We all sort of express ourselves musically and through dancing in our day-to-day lives. I think it’s going to work really well.”

Phoenix is also returning as the Joker, and Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn. Set mainly in Arkham Asylum, the film includes Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, Jacob Lofland, and Harry Lawtey, with Zazie Beetz reprising her role as Sophie.
