Plus, he is covered in tons of blood, which will make many fans happy as Bernthal’s return could officially make the show R-Rated.
Fans last witnessed Bernthal as The Punisher in the sophomore season of the titular Netflix show. Apart from him, “Born Again” also marks the return of Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll), Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson), and Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter (Wilson Bethel).
