As far as Indian OTT platforms are concerned, July has been nothing short of a star-studded, blockbuster month! While many of the streaming sites had plenty of good releases, the month also saw Amazon Prime Video’s 8-day film extravaganza leading up to its Prime Day Sale. It had the premiere of much anticipated movies across multiple languages. The list included Toofaan (Hindi), Ikkat (Kannada), Judas and the Black Messiah (English), Malik (Malayalam) and Sarpatta Parambarai (Tamil/Telugu), amongst others.
Another noteworthy movie bonanza was the Voot Select Film Festival that featured 8 short films, including Natkhat, Lines, Ek Duaa, Lihaaf and Shuruaat ka Twist, amongst others. Streaming giant Netflix’s big ticket releases included Haseen Dillruba, Feels like Ishq, The Last Mercenary, Never Have I Ever Season 2 and Kingdom: Ashin of the North, to name a few.
Here’s looking at the month’s Best Movies and Web Shows that we recommend for you. Take your pick and start watching right away!
