Junglee Pictures in association with Cloud 9 Pictures has announced their latest project that will be helmed by creator, writer and director of ‘Drishyam’ franchise, Jeethu Joseph.
Touted to be a Hindi thriller drama and based on true events, this latest film will revolve around a valiant, sharp and quick-witted law enforcement officer, who embarks on a journey to fight for truth and bring justice in a high-stakes case at international level.
The yet to be titled film is said to be a riveting drama that will evoke national pride amongst every Indian.
Vineet Jain’s Junglee Pictures is known for producing films like ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’, ‘Talvar’, ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’, ‘Badhaai Ho’, ‘Doctor G’, ‘Raazi’ and more. Meenu Arora’s Cloud 9 Pictures that bankrolled ‘Jhund’ will co-produce this latest project.
Jeethu Joseph made his directorial debut in 2007 with Malayalam suspense thriller ‘Detective’. He is best known for his crime thriller franchise ‘Drishyam’ which has been remade in several languages. Joseph made his Hindi debut in 2019 with ‘The Body’, a remake of the eponymous Spanish film.
