A new teaser for Suriya44 has been released. On the eve of Suriya’s 49th birthday, Karthik Subbaraj, the director of the film, has revealed the new teaser.
The title of the film has not been revealed yet but there is huge anticipation regarding this movie. The teaser starts with a shot of the sea. Soon an old structure (something like a tunnel) is seen in some coastal area or island and there are some men standing straight on both sides of the entrance. A silhouette of a man is seen to be coming from the other side of the tunnel while the tempo of the music is increased slowly. Suriya appears and he extends his arm while walking and another man puts a gun in his hand and all of them start following him. He has long mullets as seen in the previous teaser and is smoking a cigarette with absolute swag. The music and the blood on his face reminds one of Rolex and it looks like he will be playing another gangster in the movie.
This will surely be a huge entertainer and Karthik Subbaraj, being a filmmaker who has given the industry movies like ‘Jigarthanda’, ‘Mahaan’ and ‘Petta’, will surely give another huge hit to Suriya.
The film is being produced under the banner of Suriya’s own 2D Entertainment. The music is composed by Santhosh Narayanan and there will be other actors like Jayaram, Karunakaran, and Joju George in the movie. Pooja Hegde will play the female lead.
