The South Indian Film industry is on fire at the moment. With humongous movie reveals, updates and lots more, fans are hooked to the screen all the time, for something new. One of these movies, without doubt, has to be Prabhas’ “Salaar”. Salaar was just in news for the start of shooting schedule and with Shruti Hassan joining them on the sets along with Prabhas. Fans have high hopes with “Salaar” and with the recent updates, one definitely will be excited.
Apart from all these, a new buzz has come in that Bollywood beauty Katrina Kaif might be joining the team of Salaar. The makers apparently have started talks with the actress and an official announcement might be out soon regarding it. But, let us warn you, Katrina Kaif isn’t really acting in the film. She has been roped in for a dance number for the movie. The item number is also supposed to have Prabhas sharing the dance floor with Katrina Kaif.
At this point, all of these seem to be rumors and buzz and nothing yet can be said with confirmation. Even if she is in for a dance number, until and unless she has shot for the video, the dance or has a first look ready, this will remain as a buzz and a rumor at the most. But this definitely is enough to pique interests amongst fans and.
If Katrina Kaif ends up sharing the dancing floor and moving to the beats of one of the songs of Salaar, the movie’s usp will go up even higher than it is now. Because, this will bring fans to people who earlier might not have an idea about the film or what the film is about. This works both ways, as Katrina Kaif’s dance number might open up gates for Bollywood actresses and actors to make a cameo or special number in hit South Indian movies.
But, for now we have to stay put and just go on with what we have and cheer our favourites as they create this magnificent movie. Salaar is set to be one of the most amazing films produced with superb action sequences in it. The movie is all set to be a pan Indian movie, which easily means it will release in multiple languages. It is being simultaneously made in Kannada and Telugu and will be dubbed versions in Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil. So with all this information in, fans will keep a close eye on the progress of the movie now.
