One of the most awaited films of 2022 is just a few weeks away from getting released. The film is a sequel to KGF Chapter 1 where we say Yash in the role of Rocky. It is a gothic action drama that has a dark theme and characters seem to be of unearthly origin.
Regardless, chapter 2 of KGF stars two prominent Bollywood stars namely Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon. Apart from them, it has Srinidhi Shetty, Prakash Raj, Ramchandra Raju, Archana Jois and a lot of others as members of the cast. The first part of the film was insanely successful and probably the most celebrated Kannada film ever.
Talking about the trailer, it was launched in an illustrious evening hosted by non-other than Karan Johar.
The trailer features Yash as the new don and Sanjay Dutt as the main antagonist. However, Raveena Tandon plays the role of a powerful politician who has decided to uproot Rocky and his empire of KGF.
The trailer is high on action and the background score just like the previous chapter is highly noticeable.
The trailer is covered in a dark theme and it all revolves around the childish promise that Rocky made to his mother during his childhood.
Overall, the chapter 2 of KGF is on a much grander scale than the previous one and Sanjay Dutt reminds us of his own role in Agneepath. Because this time it is not only the dons but also the big politicians against him.
The film will hit the theatres on April 14th and it would be ideal for the makers if the RRR tsunami is tamed by then.
