Knives Out 2 Passes Rotten Tomatoes Test With Glowing Reviews!

Daniel Craig’s ‘Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery’ was a costly investment for Netflix and it certainly looks like the movie is
an absolute winner. The Rian Johnson directorial has received an impressive 93% rating on Rotten Tomatoes based on 127 reviews.

The whodunnit, a sequel to Craig’s own ‘Knives Out’ is getting rave reviews from those lucky enough to have seen the film before its worldwide release. A common point almost all of them agree with is that the film is a perfect sequel to the original. The movie reportedly also promises the third part, which we have reported earlier to be part of Johnson and Craig’s multi-million deal with Netflix.

While an ensemble cast including big names like Chris Evans and Ana de Armas was part of ‘Knives Out’, the sequel will only see Craig’s ace private detective Benoit Blanc returning. The movie, however, has no shortage of star power and the new ensemble is as remarkable as that of the original. Besides Craig, the movie will also star Edward Norton, Janelle Monáe, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., Jessica Henwick, Madelyn Cline, Kate Hudson, and Dave Bautista.

The movie will have, for Blanc, a new investigation. The official synopsis reads “Tech billionaire Miles Bron invites his friends (and Detective Benoit Blanc) for a “murder mystery party” getaway on Glass Onion, his private Greek island. When someone dies, Blanc must crack the case and discover who the killer is.”

The Netflix original is set to release in theatres on November 23, 2022, exclusively for a week. Afterward, the movie will have its digital debut on December 23, 2022. Unlike the streamer’s previous theatrical releases which were limited in nature, ‘Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery’ will be getting a wider release.

With the movie getting such good responses, do add this one’s notification alert to your Netflix account. Or even better, if possible, watch the movie directly in theatres!
