Directed by Bhuvanesh Arjunan, the film unveiled its first-look poster recently, showcasing Ravi in a captivating “genie” guise emerging from the iconic mystical lamp, amidst a surreal backdrop of cupcakes, doughnuts, money, and gold coins.
Set on a grand scale, Genie is backed by a substantial budget from Dr. Ishari K Ganesh for Vels Film International. Scheduled for release in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi, the pan-Indian film boasts a stellar cast including Kalyani Priyadarshan, Krithi Shetty, and Wamiqa Gabbi in pivotal roles.
