Netflix Korea is not in a mood to slow down. One of Netflix’s most awaited Korean sci-fi titles ‘Glitch‘ will start streaming on Netflix from 7th October. The limited series will start streaming on Netflix India by noon. This 10 episode series will premiere its first two episodes at the Busan International Film Festival.
Glitch follows Hong Ji-hyo who comes from a rich family. She has a steady job by her side and connections within her work. One night, her boyfriend suddenly disappears. As she starts searching for him, she tries to uncover the truth behind a mysterious secret with the help of a community of UFO watchers, including Heo Bo-ra who she later befriends.
The series is directed by Roh Deok and written by Gin Han-sai of Extracurricular fame. Glitch stars Jeon Yeo-been, Nan, Lee Dong-hwi and Ryu Kyung-soo in lead roles. The series is Jeon Yeo-been’s comeback after Vincenzo. The trailer of the show was released recently and one must say that the concept looks very intriguing. Ongoing drama ‘ Little Women ‘ is smashing records on Netflix akin to it’s predecessor Extraordinary Attorney Woo. Let us hope if Glitch would match up to its predecessors like Squid Game and All of us are Dead Or if it would turn out like The Sound of Magic and The Silent Sea.
