Kriti Sanon Leads Third Shooting Schedule For ‘Adipurush’ In Mumbai

Adipurush, without a doubt, is one of Bollywood’s most ambitious projects. Adipurush based on the epic Ramayana has some big stars leading the movie and it is being directed by none other than Om Raut. Adipurush has been continuously filming, as it needs to complete the movie before the pre-decided release date of the movie. Pandemic has played a great role in pushing the production and shoots for Adipurush at the moment. Hence, it looks like Om Raut and the actors aren’t taking anything lightly and going completely in, to complete the movie as soon as possible.

Adipurush, today starts its third shooting schedule in Mumbai and if reports are to be believed, the shoot has started with the leading lady. Yes, Kriti Sanon, who is essaying the role of Sita in the movie, has apparently started off the third shooting schedule, that’s happening in Mehboob Studios in Mumbai. As for Prabhas, he will be joining soon after the completion of his final parts for his upcoming movie Radhe Shyam.

Apart from Kriti Sanon playing Sita, Prabhas will be seen essaying the role of Lord Ram and Saif Ali Khan has been roped in to play the role of Ravana in the movie. The movie will reportedly be high on VFX and will also be released as a 3D movie for the fans. The budget for the movie is said to be around Rs. 400 crores, clearly showing how big the movie will be.

Given the amount that is being invested in the film, it will be interesting to see how the movie plays out for the fans. Ever since Baahubali’s duology was released, the mythology genre in Indian Cinema has gotten a big boost. High on VFX, amazing camera work, and big-budget sets have become a trend for such movies, but it is also to be noted that not every movie can enjoy the success Baahubali has enjoyed.

Given these factors and also since Prabhas, one of India’s leading stars is behind the movie, fans are expecting quite a lot. Also, not to mention the adaptation of Ramayana will play a big role in the movie because every Indian is aware of the events in Ramayana, but it will be interesting to see how epic and how big it will be on screen.

The movie and Prabhas playing the role of Ram has such an impact on fans that, #Adipurush is already trending on social media, just with the news of shooting schedules getting started. One can only imagine how big of an influence it will have when teasers, first looks, and trailers are released for the film.
