Eternals star Kumail Nanjiani will reportedly star in Prime Video’s Fallout Season 2. The filming for the sophomore season will commence soon, and it seems that new additions to the show’s cast will be announced shortly, as Season 2 will feature plenty of new characters.
According to industry insider, Jeff Sneider, Nanjiani will join the second season in an undisclosed role. The streamer has yet to confirm the news.
Filming for Season 2 was supposed to start in January this year, but was pushed back a little due to the California wildfires.
Nanjiani isn’t the only actor joining the hit show. According to some media outlets, Macaulay Culkin has also joined the show’s cast, and will reportedly portray a crazy-genius character in the second season.
We don’t know much about Fallout Season 2 in terms of plot details. However, Jonathan Nolan has guaranteed that the upcoming season will be grander than the first one. Christopher Nolan’s brother has revealed that Season 2 will feature more factions, more environments, and more monsters.
Kumail Nanjiani starred in Only Murders in the Building Season 4 as Rudy Thurber, an eccentric fitness influencer. He also had a voice role as Kingo in the latest What If…? Season 3. Whereas, Macaulay Culkin had a cameo voice role in Prime Video’s The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy, which also starred his brother Kieran Culkin. Stay tuned for more updates.
