Chiranjeevi’s upcoming tentpole film ‘Vishwambhara’ has added Kunal Kapoor to the cast. The ‘Rang De Basanti’ star will play a pivotal role in the socio fantasy film helmed by Mallidi Vassishta. ‘Vishwambhara’ is set for release in cinemas on Sankranthi 2025.
In addition to Chiranjeevi, Kapoor will join the previously announced cast members that includes Trisha, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Ashika Ranganath, Mrunal Thakur, Surbhi, Harsh Vardhan, Vennela Kishore, Praveen, Isha Chawla, Rao Ramesh and Subalekha Sudhakar.
‘Vishwambhara’ is Chiranjeevi’s 156th film in the lead role that is written and directed by Mallidi Vassishta. Chota K. Naidu is the cinematographer for the film while editing is handled by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. Academy Award winning music director M. M. Keeravaani has composed music for the film.
‘Vishwambhara’ is produced by V. Vamsi Krishna Reddy, Pramod Uppalapati and Vikram Reddy. A UV Creations production, ‘Vishwambhara’ will release in theatres on 10th January, 2025.
