LATEST! Seo Hyun & Lee Jun-young Roped In For Netflix’s ‘Moral Sense’

For its upcoming Korean original film ‘Moral Sense’ (working title), Netflix has now confirmed the casting of Seo Hyun and Lee Jun-young in the lead role. ‘Moral Sense’ along with ‘Carter’, was earlier announced by Netflix as part of its $500 million investment plan in local Korean content in 2021. Other titles under the plan will be announced later by Netflix.

This new romantic Korean film by Netflix will be directed by Park Hyun-jin (‘Like For Likes’) and is based on a popular eponymous webtoon. ‘Moral Sense’ is described as a film about a different kind of romance between a man with a unique taste and a woman who stumbles upon his secret.

Netflix’s ‘Moral Sense’ will mark the film début for Seo Hyun known for her role in the drama ‘Private Lives’. In the film she plays the role of Jung Ji-woo, a woman who leads a racy romance by engaging in a “special” relationship with her co-worker after she accidentally learns about his secret peculiarities. The character of Jung Ji-woo is one who is cold and blunt on the outside but has a warm heart and charm unlike anyone else.

Lee Jun-young whose previous credits range form musicals like ‘Swag Age: Shout, Chosun!’ to dramas like ‘Please Don’t Date Him’ will play the role of Jung Ji-hoo, a man with unusual tastes, in ‘Moral Sense’. Jung Ji-hoo is a charming man adored by his female colleagues but has a secret and unique taste that he hides from all.

Further details about the cast, crew and release date of ‘Moral Sense’, a cheerful and provocative romance film about a man and women with completely different tastes and personalities, that will premiere exclusively on Netflix are yet to be announced.
