The first look for the new AppleTV+ original ‘Lessons In Chemistry’ has been released. The show is adapted from the novel of the same name by Bonnie Garmus.
The show has Academy Award winning actress Brie Larson as the lead and other actors like Lewis Pullman, Aja Naomi King, Stephanie Koenig, Patrick Walker, Thomas Mann, Kevin Sussman and Beau Bridges are there in important roles.
The screenplay is written by Susannah Grant. And Lee Eisenberg is the showrunner of the series. There will probably be multiple directors for different episodes. ‘Lessons In Chemistry’ was announced in 2021 and it was said that Brie Larson will be playing the lead as well as executive producing it. The first look teaser is forty five seconds long and it is really beautiful. It has the classic 60s retro look and the music is extraordinary.
The premise is quite interesting and it tells the story of a woman in the 1960s who is fired from her laboratory and she develops a unique idea to pursue her passion. She uses a cooking show that she is brought to host to educate housewives about scientific topics. The story of Elizabeth Zott is truly inspiring and how she uses the popular show Supper At Six for a purpose that she deems higher and that suits her passion is really unique and fascinating. Just like she found a lot of viewers on her show, we hope Lessons In Chemistry too will reach its proper audience and be a huge success. The show will be releasing this fall on AppleTV+.
