Lucky Baskhar Hits 100 Crores in 11 Days

Since its October 31st release, Dulquer Salmaan’s gripping period drama Lucky Baskhar has performed well at the box office and received several positive reviews. After King of Kotha’s lackluster run, the movie was expected to be Dulquer’s big return. That happened to Salmaan, as the movie has done well so far, receiving favorable reviews from both reviewers and viewers.

The fact that the movie was not released in Hindi has been a major drawback for it, as it excluded a sizable section of the audience in various areas, hurting its overall box office performance. The movie succeeded better than the majority of regional films and put up a fierce battle in theatres even though it was not released in Hindi.

After 11 days of its theatrical release, the film is all set to reach 100 crores in worldwide box office. As predicted by the Binged Bureau earlier this week, the film was looking to enter the 100 crore club in a matter of days and that’s what is about to happen in a day or two. As of writing, the film has garnered a total of 96 crores at the worldwide box office. Talking about the occupancy, the film is selling a good amount of tickets and had a good hold in its second weekend.

Despite fierce competition from films like Amaran, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Singham Again, KA, and several other mainstream and regional productions, the film’s journey thus far has been incredible.

It remains to be seen how this monumental film will perform in the upcoming days. Northern fans are anxiously waiting for the film to be released on OTT so that they can stream it in Hindi. Only time will tell how the Dulquer Salmaan’s starrer will rev up ahead of its OTT release.
