Zee5 has dropped the trailer for it’s upcoming direct-to-digital release ‘Hisaab Barabar’ and this one is yet another a scam drama, a theme that’s becoming popular by the day. Helmed by Ashwni Dhir, ‘Hisaab Barabar’ will premiere only on Zee5 on 24th January, 2025.
‘Hisaab Barabar’ trailer follows a common man Radhe Shyam Sharma (R. Madhavan), a ticket examiner with the Indian railways who happens to be great with numbers and calculations. One day he accidentally discovers a bank interest scam while looking over a coworker’s account for filing tax returns.
He investigates it further on his own and also tries to take it to the police to file compliant but gets little to no support. When the man behind the scam, who obviously happens to be influential, finds out about Sharma, begins harassing him in various ways. But as every hero, this hero doesn’t stop and is now determined to get to the roots of it and get the culprits punished.
‘Hisaab Barabar’ trailer feels very routine and does not create any sense of intrigue. Scam dramas have become common and this one seems quite predictable. Other than Madhavan, there’s nothing much to look out for in this Zee5 original film which gives away way too much in the trailer.
‘Hisaab Barabar’ is directed by Ashwni Dhir who is known for his works like ‘Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge?’, ‘Son of Sardaar’ and ‘Guest Iin London’. Im addition to Madhavan, the film also stars Neil Nitin Mukesh and Kirti Kulhari.
