Peacock’s ‘Dr. Death’, a chilling 2021 real-life-based thriller show starring Èdgar Ramírez and Mandy Moore in the lead roles, conveys a gory and mind-boggling story. Based on the real-life story of NBC producer Benita Alexander, the show explores her relationship with Dr. Paolo Macchiarini and the problematically haunting twist their relationship eventually took when the latter was charged with, and found guilty of research fraud and forgery of documents.
The two seasons that have been released so far not only cover the personal lives and atrocities committed by doctors, but they also bring to light the untold stories of the courageous people who brought them to justice.
Having been released internationally earlier, the show has kept many Indian fans waiting for long! But thankfully, not for much longer!
Although there is no release date attached as of yet, Season 2 of ‘Dr. Death’, is all set to premiere exclusively on Lionsgate Play, sometime in July! Stay tuned to this space for more updates about this well-received thriller!
