Well, we are not talking about that, but he is certainly developing a new series for Fox Nation about the lives of saints. This show will tell the stories of eight different saints from history, showing how they tried to follow Jesus’ teachings about love. Scorsese has been interested in these stories for a long time and is excited to bring them to life on screen.
Fox Nation is thrilled to have such a famous director like Scorsese on board and quite naturally so. Although not at the box office, Scorsese’s “Killers of the Flower Moon” was a roaring success on AppleTV+. The show is part of a trend where famous Hollywood stars are teaming up with digital platforms to make high-quality shows.
This series isn’t the only project Scorsese has in the works. He’s also planning to make a new movie about Jesus, which will start filming later this year. So, the Jesus film is also underway. The popular belief in India says that old people are naturally attracted towards Faith. After an illustrious career filled with gangster films, it is definitely exciting to see Scorsese making such projects.
