Marvel fans in India will soon be able to enjoy their favourite superheroes in a new format. Audio platform Pocket FM has partnered with Disney Publishing APAC to release 36 Marvel audio series in Hindi. These stories will feature popular characters like Spider Man, the Avengers, Wolverine, Iron Man, Captain America, X Men, and the Fantastic Four. The series will be told across multiple episodes and are designed for mobile listeners who enjoy audio entertainment on the go.
According to Disney Publishing APAC’s Veronica Cabalinan, the company believes in the power of storytelling and how it can connect with audiences anywhere. She said Pocket FM is creating a cinematic style of listening experience. Pocket FM CEO Rohan Nayak added that fantasy and superhero stories are already popular on the platform, and this collaboration will make premium content more accessible across India.
This move into Hindi audio stories feels like a smart and practical step. Not everyone has the time or access to watch big Marvel films, but almost everyone has a phone and earphones. Audio makes these stories easier to reach.
Hearing Marvel heroes in Hindi also makes them feel more relatable to Indian audiences. It brings global characters closer to local culture. Let’s see if the deal also includes other languages from India.
