The upcoming season will follow the events of 2021’s WandaVision and will see Bettany reprise his role as the synthezoid.

This will be Marvel’s first live-action series announcement in nearly two years.

Actor Paul Bettany’s role of Vision, a synthezoid who was first introduced in “Avengers: Age of Ultron” and later appeared in “Captain America: Civil War”, “Avengers: Infinity War” and Disney+ series “WandaVision”.

His last appearance as Vision was in WandaVision, where he was “resurrected” by Elizabeth Olsen’s Wanda Maximoff, where his character faced “White Vision,” before the end of that series he was successful to restore white visions memories.

With “WandaVision” creator Jac Schaeffer, a Vision series was previously in development.

But Schaeffer’s attention turned to running a separate “WandaVision” spinoff, “Agatha All Along” with Kathryn Hahn, that is set to premiere in September.

With Star Trek: Picard’s Terry Matalas as its showrunner, the show is about to take a wild ride.
