Masters Of The Air 1st Look: Spielberg, Tom Hanks Bring WW2 Drama!

The first look of ‘Masters Of The Air’ has been revealed. ‘Masters Of The Air’ will be a war drama set during the second World War and it will star some big stars like Austin Butler, Barry Keoghan and more.

The show will be premiering on AppleTV on the 16th of January next year. The screenplay is written by John Orloff and various episodes are directed by filmmakers like Cary Joji Fukunaga, Dee Rees, Anna Boden, Ryan Fleck and Tim Van Patten. The show is adapted from the book of the same name written by Donald L. Miller.

The show is made in a budget of some 250 to 300 million USD and as the executive producers for it, there are people like

Gary Goetzman, Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg. Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks have previously collaborated in the World War 2 drama ‘Saving Private Ryan’. Another war drama ‘Band Of Brothers’ was also backed by the two. They seem to have a special bond over WW2 projects.

There will be a total of nine episodes. There are also actors like Major John Egan, Anthony Boyle, Nate Mann, Raff Law, James Murray, Tommy Jessop, Kai Alexander, Freddy Carter, Nikolai Kinski and many more. The cinematography is handled by Adam Arkapaw, Jac Fitzgerald, Richard Rutkowski and David Franco.

There is much anticipation for the show and the first look is quite intriguing. The aerial soldiers of the war will feature in this new show and it will be a thrilling miniseries to watch.
