Ritesh Rana is back with the sequel of his blockbuster directorial debut ‘Mathu Vadalara’ and this time everything’s going to be double dosed. A comedy thriller drama, ‘Mathu Vadalara 2’ is set to release in theatres on 13th September, 2024.
In the teaser, Babu (Sri Simha) and Yesu (Satya), the delivery agents from the first part are back but now they are secret agents of the government and are on a dangerous mission. Appointed by a department called H.E. Team (High Emergency Team) that handles with the most emergency situations, Babu and Yesu find themselves surrounded by some deadly criminals and they fight them meanwhile still trying to make money in sly ways. The teaser also shows Faria Abdullah, in full action mode and she is one of their colleague.
Apparently there is a dangerous drug mafia who needs to be stopped and Babu and Yesu are tasked with the job. Will these amateur agents tackle the case well or get entangled in it like the last time?
The teaser is gripping with fast paced action and short glimpses of the film that will leave you wanting to see more. Kaala Bhairava’s music makes it even more fun and exciting.
Written and directed by Ritesh Rana, ‘Mathu Vadalara 2’ stars Sri Simha, Satya, Vennela Kishore and Faria Abdullah in prominent roles. The film’s cinematography is handled by Suresh Sarangam with editing from Karthika Srinivas. Kaala Bhairava has composed music for the film.
