Anand Deverakonda’s Second film, Middle Class Melodies is going to skip its theatrical release and will be premiered on Amazon Prime Video. The movie’s Digital Premiere will happen on the 20th of this month. The makers initially planned with sync-sound.
Sync-sound is on the location dubbing of a film. A few films have tried this in the past, and the feedback is completely bad from the audience. We do not know why the makers opted for it but they dropped it later as the release got postponed due to the Coronavirus Pandemic.
“I am playing a small-town girl called Sandhya who is full of life. But she is scared of her dad and is in love with Anand Devarakonda. The film was supposed to be made in sync sound and I was scared about my lines. But as that was ruled out, I rehearsed a lot to get the Guntur slang correct,” Varsha Bollamma, the heroine of the film revealed in an interview.
Middle Class Melodies will have competition even in the OTT space. Anaganaga O Athidhi, the official remake of the Kannada film, Aa Karaala Ratri is also releasing the same day on AHA. Anaganaga O Athidhi stars Chaitanya Krishna and Payal Rajput.
