Mirzapur Season 3 is on the way. Needless to say, it is one of the biggest and most potent series in India that enjoys a massive fan following. The series is known for its rootedness in the eastern region of Uttar Pradesh which comes bundled with local flavour, complex family dynamics, classicism and the sheer world of revenge ridden crime.
So far, the campaign has been extraordinary. The release date was revealed today after weeks of campaigning and it indeed came out with a super interesting teaser. The short video does not reveal anything from the story but it is so well written that it hits home.
We are talking about a challenge in the storyline that is too big to challenge. A sort of similar thing was also an obstacle in the second season but Prime Video and the makers of Mirzapur handled that challenge pretty well.
If you have yet to understand, we are talking about Munna Bhaiya. Played by Divyendu, the character is exceptionally popular in memes and popular culture. He was one of the main characters who gets killed by the end of the second season.
The challenge will be to deliver a story that doesn’t let the audience miss Munna Bhaiya. They did it quite well in the second season as Bablu went dead. But Munna Bhaiya is a more powerful character. Let’s see what is in the bag of makers this time.
