Prime Video India again teased Mirzapur Season 3. We have already talked about how there are promises of a bonus episode in August, but sadly, there isn’t any update per se. Prime Video did not announce any date when we can expect the bonus episode to be dropped. Even though it is already the 29th of this month.
Just yesterday, they tweeted another poster of the bonus episode and we can easily connect the dots.
Already, there were speculations that Munna Bhaiya may somehow return, and those speculations are now correct. Yesterday, too, Prime Video teased the bonus episode, which had Munna Bhaiya in the focus.
Now we need to acknowledge that Guddu Pandit had already killed Munna Tripathi at the end of the second season. More importantly, the third season begins with the cremation of Munna Bhaiya.
If Munna Bhaiya appears out of nowhere, even worse, out of desperation of the makers, then it would ruin the series completely. Let’s hope that the bonus episode is a good addition instead of any fantastical crap.
Let’s hope that the episode also drops in the remaining two days of August as promised. Stay tuned for a confirmed update.
