This survival drama, adapted from Benyamins critically acclaimed 2008 novel, titled the same follows the life of Najeeb, an immigrant labourer from Kerala, who was entrapped in slavery on a remote Saudi Arabian farm.
The cast and crew was reflecting on the experience, and remarked that the influence and presence of Mr. Najeeb throughout the span of crafting this masterpiece, who lived through this agonising ordeal for an unbearable amount of time was the essence of this movie, which is ringing loudly and proudly, and is a story that must be echoed in the lives of every individual that has experienced any kind of hardship in their lives.
